The company now is equipped with 15 flat-film flat filament machines, 240 water weaving machines, 60 circular weaving machines and 5 film coating machines with the annual productivity of 45,000 tons, becoming one of the largest awning fabric manufacturers in Asia. It possesses a skilled and experienced staff team, and now has 350 employees including 45 professional technicians of various kinds, in which 2 people have senior professional title, and 8 people have medium-grade professional title.
The products are totally manufactured by imported equipment and raw materials with fine workmanship, have superior quality, and are mainly used for processing and customizing PE fabrics of various specifications and colors with the cloth width of 1.0-3.0m and the weight of 60g-300g according to supplied samples. The company’s products are widely applied to covering of cargos in vehicle, ship and industrial & mining enterprises, field trips, etc., and feature sunshine resistance, frost resistance, ageing resistance, corrosion resistance, light weight, easy folding, durability in use and so on.
Wiredrawing weaving, lamination, finished products, packaging and inspection of the company’s products are totally carried out under a strict internal management system.
